Equipping women and families faced with an unplanned pregnancy to make life-affirming, informed choices through a foundation of truth and hope.
We provide free pregnancy services for women at the crossroads of an unplanned pregnancy in the Orange County, CA area. Through compassionate, practical care, we provide women with real solutions for their unique circumstances. For women who have experienced abortion at any time in their lives, we offer judgment-free guidance towards healing and restoration.
Since 1985, we have helped over 160,000 women.
Our Story
LivingWell Pregnancy Center opened its doors in April 1985. The clinic was founded by a coalition of doctors and businessmen who recognized the need for practical help and medical care for women facing unplanned pregnancies in Orange County, California.
Our mission is to provide health services and practical solutions to each woman facing an unplanned pregnancy, in order to empower her to make rational, informed decisions without the undue pressure of her circumstances. Our emphasis is on helping each woman overcome the fears surrounding her particular challenges so she can move forward equipped with information and confidence.

We care about you, and understand the complex choices between parenting, adoption, and abortion that come with an unplanned pregnancy. We offer quality health services and will support you through your next steps. We also provide low-cost STI testing and well woman exams.
